TETAC is committed to advancing the turfgrass industry through high-impact education. We are always looking for subject matter experts, seasoned technicians, and industry innovators to share their knowledge with our members.
Whether your expertise lies in advanced diagnostics, shop management, or emerging turf technologies, we invite you to submit a proposal to speak at our upcoming events.
The Submission Process
To ensure our educational offerings meet the highest standards and are accurately represented in our conference programs, all prospective instructors should complete the Seminar Information Form (SIF).
Alternatively, an online Google Forms version of the SIF can be completed here
What you will need to provide:
General Seminar Information: This includes the exact title of the seminar, the instructor's name, their professional affiliation, and a primary contact email.
Learning Objectives: A minimum of three clear objectives. Example: "Seminar attendees will be able to accurately determine and adjust their sprayer's application rate."
Timed Schedule: A detailed breakdown of the seminar’s progression and timing.
Program Description: A brief abstract that will be used for the official conference program.
How to Submit
Once you have prepared your information, you may submit your proposal through the following channels:
