Carolinas TETAC Spring Education Opportunity

Sprayer Operation and Calibration Class March 31 2020

Wilmington Municipal Golf Course Maintenance Shop, The Carolinas TETAC Association would like to invite you all to attend a Sprayer Operation and Calibration class that will be held at the Wilmington Municipal Golf Course. The address for this class will be 311 Donald Ross drive, Wilmington NC 28409. During the classroom part of the day we will be reviewing the proper set up and operation of self propelled boom type sprayers. We will also review calibration methods and discuss nozzle selection. We will also have on hand several sprayer setups from our vendors so we can do some hands on calibration and operation techniques. This will be a time to see what each one has to offer and allow us to ask any questions we may have about our current sprayers or if you are looking for the future. We have applied for NC pesticide credits for the class time and hands on portion. State TETAC members' cost for attendance will be free and we are opening this up to; Superintendents / Assistants and any other staff at that may need NC pesticide credits. The cost for non-members will be $45.00 which can be paid onsite at registration. All attendees will need to RSVP for the class so we can get a count for a light lunch included in registration.
